It is first "Semi Automatic Rotary Indexing Chapati Making Machine" with automatic turning of chapatie from one rotary plate to another. This automation gives perfect baking on both sides. The Ball(Peda) is kept manually on Rotary Indexing plate at one station. The plate move this ball under a pressing station. Here the ball is pressed to make round chapati. After getting baked on one side chapati is automatically turned and moved on to second rotary plate (tawa) to get it baked on second side. The plates also moves under a set of burners where chapati gets puffed. After baking on both sides and puffing the chapati drops in an out put tray for collection.

It is first "Semi Automatic Rotary Indexing Chapati Making Machine" where in all the functions to make a perfect chapati i.e. Ball making, pressing, baking & puffing is done automatically. The Machine first makes the ball from the dough loaded into the hopper, the ball is pressed to make a round chapati. This round chapati moves on from one roatry plates to another automatically. These plates moves under a set of burners where chapati gets baked on both sides and puffed. The evenly cooked and puffed chapati drops in to the collection tray.
